Ingredienti
- 1 spicchio di aglio
- 1 cipolla
- 500 g verza
- Finocchieto selvatico
- 1 cucchiaino sale
- 1 cucchiaino raso di curcuma
- 30 ml olio di vinacciolo o extravergine di oliva
- 200 g fagioli cannellini cotti
- 700 ml acqua
- Timo
- Pepe nero Non obbligatorio
Procedura

Mettete in una pentola l'acqua,la cipolla, l'olio,la verza tagliata a listarelle,il sale,il finocchietto,il timo e cuocete 25 minuti

Unite i cannellini cotti, la curcuma e cuocete altri 5 minuti

Trasferite in una zuppiera

Irrorate con un filo di olio e cospargete finocchietto fresco
