Torta di saraceno con crema di nocciole
Ingredienti
CREMA DI NOCCIOLE
- 200 G Nocciole tostate
- 200 G Cioccolato fondente
- 2 Cucchiai Latte di mandorle
- 2 Cucchiai Olio di vinacciolo
- 2 Cucchiai Sciroppo d'acero
ALTRO
- 5 Cucchiai Marmellata di rosa canina O amarene,lamponi,limone
- 1 Cucchiaino Zucchero a velo
Procedura

1. Montate i tuorli con lo sciroppo d'acero per 5 minuti
2. Unite la farina miscelata alle noci,bicarbonato, cremor tartaro ed amalgamate
3. Versate a filo l'olio e mescolate
4. Montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale e 1 cucchiaino succo di limone poi incorporateli al composto, insieme alla scorza di limone
5. Versate il composto nella tortiera(27 cm di diametro) foderata con la carta da forno bagnata e strizzata
6. Infornate a 180 gradi per 50 minuti
7. Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare

1. Sciogliete a bagnomaria il cioccolato fondente
2. Tritate finemente le nociole
3. Unite il cioccolato sciolto, lo sciroppo d'acero, l'olio,il latte e frullate finche ottenete una crema liscia

Tagliate la torta per trasversale ottenendo due dischi
Spalmate la marmellata
Disponete la crema di nocciole
Chiudete con il secondo disco
Spolverate zucchero a velo
Ponete in frigo per 2 ore
Tagliate fette e servite

Si conserva in frigo per 4-5 giorni in contenitori alimentari
