Ingredienti
Procedura

1. Montate a neve gli albumi
2. Montate i tuorlo con lo zucchero
3. Unite al composto di tuorli, la farina miscelata al sale,cremor tartaro e bicarbonato, la scorza di limone , il latte ed amalgamate
4. Unite gli albumi montati a neve,mescolando con movimenti dal basso verso l'alto
5. Oliate uno stampi da 23 cm e coprite il fondo con le mele tagliate a fette( togliete il torsolo e tagliate per orizzontale, risultando con un bucco in centro)
6. Mettete sopra acini di uva e 2 cucchiai di noci tritate poi le noci rotte grossolanamente con le mani
7. Versate sopra l'impasto
8. Infornate a 175 gradi per 40-45 minuti
9. Lasciate raffreddare,tagliate fette e servite

4. Versate il composto in una ciotola e unite gli albumi montati,con movimenti dal basso verso l'alto
