Torta di castagne con mele e noci
Ingredienti
- 3 uova
- 40 g zucchero
- 100 ml olio di vinacciolo o semi
- 110 ml latte di mandorle
- 250 g farina di castagne
- 1 pizzico sale
- 3 g cremor tartaro
- 3 g bicarbonato
per il ripieno
- 3 mele
- 1 cucchiaio zucchero
- 3 cucchiai succo di limone
- 100 ml noci tritate
- q.b. scorza di limone
Procedura

1. Tagliate le mele a piccoli pezzi e mettetele in una padella antiaderente con il succo di limone, lo zucchero, scorza di limone, cannella o chiodi di garofano e fattele cuocere a fiamma bassa per 10 minuti.lasciate raffreddare poi unite le noci tritate ed amalgamate.
2. Montate le uova con lo zucchero per 5 minuti .
3. Unite l'olio a filo e montate per 4 minuti .
4. Aggiungete la farina miscelata al cremor, al bicarbonato e mescolate.
5. Unite il latte e amalgamate bene.
6. Versate 1/2 del composto in una tortiera (25-28 cm ) foderata con carta forno .
7. Infornate a 170 gradi per 12 minuti.
8. Tirate fuori la tortiera,disponete il composto di mele, coprite con l'impasto rimasto.
9. Infornate a 170gradi per 45 minuti.
10. Lasciate raffreddare prima di servire.potete cospargere cacao amaro in polvere,zucchero a velo o zucchero speziato.
