Torta di castagna alla meringa

Ingredienti
- 7 Uova
- 3 Cucchiai Zucchero
- 7 Cucchiai Noce tritata
- 7 Cucchiai Farina di castagna
- 1 Limone Scorza
- 1 Lievito Istantaneo O 4 g bicarbonato+4g cremir tartaro
- 1 Pizzico Sale
- 2 Albumi Per la meringa
- 110 G Zucchero Per la meringa
- 2 Cucchiai Succo di limone Per la meringa
- 50 G Cioccolato fondente A pezzettini
Procedura
-
1. Montate gli albumi a neve con un pizzico di sale
2. Unite lo zucchero e montate circa 4 minuti
3. Unite i tuorli e mescolate dal basso verso l'alto
4. Unite la farina miscelata al lievito, alle noci ed amalgamate
5. Versate il composto nella teglia foderata con la carta da forno(23 cm×20)
6. Infornate a 180 gradi per 25 minuti
7. Montate i 2 albumi a neve
8. Unite lo zucchero e il succo di limone e montate per 5 minuti
9. Coprite con pellicola e ponete la meringa in frigo
10. Sfornate e lasciate raffreddare la torta di castagna
11. Disponete la meringa sopra la torta, ornate con cioccolato e ponete in frigo per almeno 2 ore
12. Tagliate fette e servite
