Torta di cannellini e fondente
Ingredienti
- 300 g cannellini cotti
- 100 g mandorle tritate
- 70 g cioccolato fondente
- Un pizzico di sale
- 6 albumi
- Origano/opzionale
- 1/2 cucchiaino bicarbonato
- 6 cucchiai di olio di vinacciolo
- Semi di zucca e pinoli per ornare
- GrAB-ornate solo con pinoli
- Gr B- ornate con semi di canapa o noci
Procedura

Riscaldate il forno a 180 gradi

Tritate le mandorle
-
Unite i cannellini,il sale, il bicarbonato e frullate

Unite anche l'olio ed amalgamate

Sciogliete bagno maria il cioccolato, lasciatelo intiepidire e versalelo al composto di cannellini
-
Amalgamate bene
-
Montate a neve gli albumi
-
Unite gli albumi montati, poco alla volta al composto ed amalgamate
-
Versate il composto nella teglia foderata con la carta forno

Livellate
-
Ornate con pinoli e semi di zucca
-
Infornate a 180 gradi per 25-30 minuti

Lasciate intiepidire
-
Tagliate e servite
-
Procedura bimby-tritate le mandorle 10 sec V 10

Spatolate
-
Unite i cannellini, il cioccolato sciolto, il sale,il bicarbonato, l'olio e mescolate 20 sec V 4

Trasferite il composto in una ciotola

Mettete gli albumi nel boccale pulito e montate con farfalla 4 -5 min V 4

Unite gli albumi , poco alla volta,al composto di cannellini e mescolate

Versate nella teglia foderata con la carta forno

Livellate
-
Ornate con pinoli e semi
-
Infornate a 180 gradi per 25-30 minuti

Lasciate intiepidire
