Spaghetti di riso con porro e noci
Ingredienti
- 2 porri piccoli
- 60 gherigle di noci
- Prezzemolo
- 2 cucchiai Olio di vinacciolo
- Sale
- 150 g spaghetti di riso
Procedura

Tagliate il porro a fettine sottili

Fateli insaporire con l'olio e 4 cucchiai di acqua, a fiamma dolce per 15 minuti, aggiungendo l'acqua

Regolate di sale

Tritate grossolanamente le noci e tostateli qualche minuto

Tagliate finemente il prezzemolo

Lessate gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata poi scolateli e versateli nella pentola con il porro

Fateli insapirire qualche minuto

Unite il prezzemolo e mescolate delicatamente

Dividete gli spaghetti nei piatti e servite con le noci tostate
