Salsa ketchup con zenzero
Ingredienti
- 400 g polpa di pomodoro maturo
- 100 g prugne fresche
- 50 ml acqua
- 1 bacca di anice stellata a scelta
- 10 g sale
- 20 g zucchero o 15 g sciroppo d'acero)
- un pizzico di pepe nero non obbligatorio
- 4 cm zenzero fresco
- 1 cucchiaino di paprika dolce
- 30 g vino bianco
Procedura
-
frullate la polpa di pomodoro,le prugne,lo zucchero,il sale,il pepe,l'acqua,la paprika
-
cuocete 40 minuti a fiamma basa
-
aggiungete il vino,l'anice e lo zenzero grattugiato e cuocete per 15 minuti
-
frullate il composto
-
conservate in frigo, in barattolo con chiusura ermetica.
