Risotto con broccoli e pesce spada
Tempi di Preparazione 35 minuti
Tempo di Cottura 30 minuti
Ingredienti
- 300 g riso integrale
- 250 g pesce spada
- 300 g cimette di broccoli
- 1 cippola piccola
- 100 ml acqua
- 2 cucchiai oli8 extravergine d'oliva
- q.b. sale
Procedura
-
1. Mettete la cipolla trittata finemente in una casseruola con 1 cucchiaio d'olio e 4 di acqua e fate insaporire per 4 minuti a fiamma dolce.
2. Unite il riso, l'acqua , il sale e cuocete a fiamma dolce rispettando il tempo di cottura.
3. Nel frattempo cuocette le cimette di broccoli in abbondante acqua salata per 6 minuti poi frullate metà.
4. In una padella antiaderente cuocete il pesce tagliato a pezzetti con 1 cucchiaio d'olio e 5 di acqua per 5 minuti.
5. Unite al risotto il pesce,i broccoli frullati e fate insaporire per 1 minuto.
6. Aggiungete i broccoli rimasti ( non frullati),aggiustate di sale e servite caldo.
