Ingredienti
- 1 finocchio
- 400 g fagioli cannellini
- 1/2 cucchiaino sale
- 1 pizzico di pepe nero
- 30 ml olio di vinacciolo o extravergine di oliva
- Rosmarino
- 1 cipolla bianca
- Paprika dolce
- 1 carota piccola
- Un pizzico di cumino in polvere
Procedura

Mettete in un tegame 2 cucchiai di olio,100 ml di acqua,la cipolla,il sale,i fagioli,il rosmarino,il pepe e cuocete 25 minuti

Tagliate a spicchi il finocchio e mettetelo in un tegame con 1 cucchiaio di olio e 1 cucchiaio di acqua,un pizzico di sale e un pizzico di cumino polvere,cuocete 10 minuti con coperchio
