- 6 Foglie Salvia
- 6 Foglie Menta
- 10 Foglie Basilico
- 1 Cucchiaino Sale
- 1 Cucchiaino Olio di vinacciolo O extravergine d'oliva
Procedura

1. Tritate finemente l'aglio, il cipollotto,le foglie fresche,le mandorle
2. Unite la carne,il sale,le uova,l'olio, i pinoli ed amalgamate bene
3. Formate le polpette e disponetele in una teglia foderata con la carta da forno
4. Spennellatele con olio ed infornate a 180 gradi per 40 minuti
