Plum-cake di saraceno e noci con prugne secche e nocciole
Ingredienti
- 4 cucchiai farina di grano saraceno
- 4 cucchiai noci tritate
- 8 cucchiai di zucchero
- 8 cucchiai olio di vinacciolo
- 2 cucchiai cacao amaro
- 4 uova
- 1 lievito istantaneo o 4g bicarbinato+ 4 g cremor tartaro
- Scorza di un limone
- Un pizzico di sale
- 10 prugne secche
- 50 g nocciole o mandorle
- 1 cucchiaio di rum o liquore di anice non obbligatorio
Procedura

Riscaldate il forno a 180 gradi

Montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale

Unite lo zucchero e montate circa 4 minuti

Unite i tuorli ed amalgamate

Versate la farina miscelata alle noci tritate e al lievito

Unite l'olio poco alla volta ,mescolando

Dividete il composto in due parti

In una parte aggiungete la scorza di limone, le nocciole e le prugne secche

Nell'altra mettete il cacao e il rum e mescolate

Foderate uno stampo di plumcake, con la carta da forno e versate il composto chiaro

Sopra,versate il composto con cacao
-
Livellate ed infornate a 180 gradi per 35-40 minuti
