Ingredienti
Procedura

Preparate lo stampo( da 800), spennellate con margarina ed infarinate

Sciogliete la margarina a bagnomaria

Preparate la biga mescolando l'acqua tiepida con il lievito e 50 g farina e lasciate per 20 minuti, coperta

Mettete la farina,lo zucchero,il sale in una ciotola
-
Unite il lievito,la margarina e psillio ed amalgamate
-
Unite i tuorli ed amalgamate bene
-
Aggiungete le uova,uno alla volta ed impastate bene
-
Unite la scorza di limone ed impastate ancora
-
Lasciate per un ora lievitare,coperto,al caldo
-
Versate il composto nello stampo inburrato e infarinato bene e lasciate lievitare pper circa 6 ore,finché arriva ai bordi dello stampo
-
Infornate a 180 gradi per 35-40 minuti
-
Lasciate intiepidire nello stampo
-
Togliete con attenzione e lasciate raffreddare

Spolverate con zucchero a velo e servite

PROCEDURA CON BIMBY
1. - mettete la margarina nel boccale- 3 minuti,37 gradi,v 1

2. Unite il lievito ( lasciato 20 minuti con acqua e 50 g farina,coperto) e lo zucchero-30 secondi,vel 3

3. Unite i tuori e le uova,uno alla volta- 20 secondi,vel 5
-
4. Unite la farina,il sale, psillio,la scorza di limone-20 sec.vel 5 poi 3 minuti vel 4
5. Proseguite la procedura
