Ingredienti
- 200 g ceci cotti
- Sale
- Origano
- 10 gamberetti cotti al vapore
- 2 zucchine fresche tagliate a cubetti
- Olio di vinacciolo
- 4 foglie fresche di menta
- 4 foglie fresche di salvia
- Curcuma
- Scorza di limone
- Succo di limone
Procedura

Mettete i ceci in una padella antiaderente

Cospargete origano e tostate a fiamma dolce

Versateli in una ciotola e lasciate raffreddare

Mettete le zucchine in una padella con 1 cucchiaio olio,3 cucchiai succo di limone,menta,salvia e fate insaporire per 5 minuti,a fiamma dolce

Lasciate raffreddare poi metteteli nella ciotola con ceci

Unite i gamberetti,la curcuma,il sale,1 cucchiaio olio di vinacciolo,2 foglioline di menta,scorza di limone ed amalgamate
