Ingredienti
- 200 G Farina di quinoa Denaturata
- 3 Uova
- 1 Limone Scorza
- 70 G Zucchero
- 150 Ml Latte di mandorle
- 40 G Burro di mandorle O margarina vegetale preparata in casa
- 10 Ml Olio di vinacciolo
- 20 G Farina bucce di psillio
- 2 G Sale
- 4 G Bicarbonato
- 4 G Cremor tartaro
- 1 Cucchiaio Cedro e zenzero candito
- 1 Cucchiaio Mirtilli secchi o uvetta
- 1 Cucchiaio Mandorle
Per la glassa
- 50 G Zucchero a velo
- 50 G Mandorle
- 1 Albume
Per complettare
- Q.b Mandorle pelate
- Q.b Zucchero in granello
Procedura

1. Montate le uova con lo zucchero per 2 minuti
2. Unite la farina miscelata al bicarbonato, alla farina di psillio, al cremor, versate il latte e frullate
3. Unite il burro,l'olio, il sale e frullate
4. Aggiungete la buccia di limone,i canditi,i mirtilli,le mandorle ed amalgamate
5. Versate nello stampo di colomba(da 500 g)
6. Frullate le mandorle,lo zucchero a velo,unite l'albume e mescolate bene,poi versate con delicatezza,con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio,sopra la colomba
7. Cospargete zucchero in granelli, ornate con mandorle
8. Infornate a 180 gradi,statico,per 40 minuti

3. Unite l'olio, il burro 2 min V 4
4. Unite il sale,la scorza di limone,i canditi,i mirtilli,le mandorle ed amalgamate
5. Versate il composto nello stampo di colomba(500g)
6. Mettete in boccale asciuto lo zucchero,le mandorle e tritate turbo 5 secondi
7. Unite l'albume 1 min,vel 3
8. Disponete la glassa sopra la colomba, con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio.cospargete granelli di zucchero,ornate con mandorle
9. Infornate a 180 gradi,statico,per 40 minuti
