Caramelle di pasta frolla alle castagne con noci
Tempi di Preparazione 20 minuti
Tempo di Cottura 25 minuti
Tempo totale 45 minuti
Porzioni 20 Caramelle
Ingredienti
- 200 g farina di castagne
- 100 ml acqua
- 45 g zucchero Si può omettere
- 65 ml olio di vinacciolo
- 50 g noci macinate finemente
- Scorza di limone
- Sale
- 70 g zucchero Per il ripieno
- 1 albume Per il ripieno
- 100 g noci tritate grossolanamente Per il ripieno
- 1 tuorlo Per spennellare
- 1 cucchiaio latte di mandorle Per spennellare
Procedura

Avvolgete in pellicola e mettere in frigo per 30 minuti

Montate a neve l'albume finche diventa spumoso poi unite lo zucchero e montate circa 5 minuti

Unite 1 cucchiaio alla volta alle noci tritate grossolanamente, finche ottenete una crema , coprite e mettete in frigo per 30 minuti

Stendete la frolla con l'aiuto della carta da forno e tagliate rettangoli

Mettete un cucchiaino di crema alle noci e chiudete la frolla,dando la forma di una caramella

Mettete le caramelle in una teglia foderata con la carta da forno

Spennellate le caramelle con un tuorlo sbattuto con 1 cucchiaio di latte

Infornare a 180 gradi per 20-25 minuti

Lasciate intiepidire

Cospargete zucchero a velo

Potete sostituire la meringa di noci con crema alle mandorle o cioccolato fondente
