Budino di semi di chia,pere e zenzero
Ingredienti
- 2 pere
- 2 cucchiai semi di chia
- 1/2 cucchiaino di zenzero fresco
- Prugne secche
- Sciroppo d'acero
Procedura

Frullare le pere
-
Aggiungere i semi di chia e mescolare bene

Mettere il budino in frigo per 2 ore

Servire con sciroppo d'acero e prugne secche
