Raviole salate di zucca con tonno al forno
Ingredienti
per il ripieno
- 1 filetto tonno (100 g) cotto
- 1 cucchiaio bietole o cicoria o broccoli
- 1 cucchiaino olio di vinacciolo
- q.b. sale
- 1/2 cucchiaino succo di limone
Procedura

1. Tagliate il tonno a piccoli pezzettini e mettetelo in una ciotola.
2. Tritate grossolanamente la bietola e aggiungetela al tonno.
3. Unite l'olio, il sale, la scorza di limone e amalgamate.tenete in frigo, coperto.
4. Mettete in una ciotola le farine, il sale, l'olio , l'uovo ed impastate velocemente.
5. Formate una palla, avvolgetela in pellicola e ponete in frigo per 30 minuti.
6. Riprendete l'impasto e con l'aiuto della carta forno, appoggiata sotto e sopra impasto, stendete con il mattarello una sfoglia non troppo sottile.
7. Con un bicchiere( il mio 9 cm di diametro) ricavate 16 dischi.
8. Su 8 disponete un cucchiaino di ripieno.
9. Appiggiate sopra i 8 dischi rimasti e chiudete premendo sui bordi.
10 . Disponete le raviole nella teglia foderata con la carta forno ed infornate a 170 gradi per 15 minuti.
11. Sfornate e servite le raviole calde accompagnate di una salsa di verdure.
